The Royal Humane Society have awarded parchment for saving life to: John Martin,38, a porter employed at Nottingham General Hospital of 508 Aspley Lane, Nottingham who on May 30th saved the life of Stanley Leatherland, aged 7, of 195 Denewood Crescent who fell into a lock on the Wollaton canal
