Moonraker Report 9 Aug 2014 13:44

Found a post on Facebook . Someone has a letter from The War Office dated July 1940 with reference to a POW notification regarding a William Richard Marshall born 13/11/ 1912.
The letter is addressed to the Occupier , 7, Algar Buildings, Webber Row, Waterloo Street, London SE1
The person who holds the letter found it amongst some junk(sic) and would like to pass it on to anyone who has a connection with WIlliam Marshall.
