If his middle name was Moses, he must of added it himself as it is not mentioned on his birth reg or baptism :-S

Jax ..................
it does happen!!
OH's Welsh grandfather added a middle name sometime around 1895
He has no middle name on his birth registration, nor on any census up to and including 1891, nor on his apprenticeship papers as a Cabinet Maker signed in 1888.
Then he decided around 1895/1896 to go to Theology College, and a middle name appears ............... it's on the graduate roll at the College, on the 1901 and 1911 Censuses, on his marriage and death registrations, his marriage certificate, and on his grave!
I was thoroughly foxed in finding him for several years because OH of course knew of him only with both forenames ..................... and I could not find anyone with those names!
I'd love to find out where the middle name came from, it sounds more like a surname than a forename, but have not so far been successful!
I thought possibly the surname of his Apprentice Master ............. but nope!
His original name and surname combination is very common in Wales ....................... so maybe he wanted to distinguish himself from all the others :-)

Oh yes I know it happens Sylvia.....my grandmother said she had two middle names of Gertrude Esmeralda when she married ......it was actually just Mary. Her excuse was thats what she thought they were, as her dad always called her Esme :-D
She found out years later when she needed a copy of her birth cert

Richard definitely did it deliberately, and I think probably when he registered at the College, whenever that was. He qualified, or whatever they called it, in 1901, but I don't know how long the course was

Hi Chris Ho, I am wanting to find the baptism page on another site and I am unable to find it, even with all your help from freereg, I am confused that it is on there but not on some other paid for sites, do you know why? Thanks

Probably because freereg has transcribed them and the other paid sites have not

Emma ................
because you find some information on one site, does not always mean that other sites carry it.
I think Jax is probably correct with her suggestion ............... and the paid sites are refusing to pay freereg for the privilege to access it :-)
you could try familysearch, the Mormon site ...... which is also a free site.
https://familysearch.org/search
sorry ................. it isn't on there either
