Got all excited for a minute there!

I went to school with someone whose father had the same name as one of Charles John Howlett's sons.

However, after a bit of research, I discovered her father was born about 10 years later.

Too bad!

Yes 'Search trees' was unsucceful.

I'm offering a giveaway ........ as I know other people researching the surname of Howlett/e are having great difficulty in tracing the correct family.

1911 England Census

Address : 61 St Andrews Road, SOUTHAMPTON Hampshire

Albert Edward Howlett, Head, 37, born c.1878 Framlingham, Suffolk, Occupation: Clothiers Assistant

Julia Ann Howlett, Wife, 42 Blandford, Dorset Married: 12 Years

Charles Howlett 7 son Southampton, Hants

Louisa Newman 37 Visitor, .Ilchester, Somerset


I have the marriage certificate of the son Charles John Howlett and his address in 1928 was 64 St. Andrews Road Southampton His father Albert Edward Howlett is recorded as Deceased.

If anyone is related to Charles they may have a copy of the marriage certificate by contacting me. (Charles is Not my relative)
