Only ever had the short cert. parents could not afford the full one at the time.

Only got a full one when I start this Family History malarky

We are all of us in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars, Oscar Wilde New avatar, my dad age about 3/4 months, could have been worse, it could have been the awful nude on a rug!!

Look on FreeBMD for her birth to see who is reg at the same time

Full certs costed but you could have free copies too if you bought the full cert

You could always check to see if she was a twin buy searching for births between her parents

It's obviously a 'short' cert

Full certs cost more, and many families couldn't afford them

my sister in law sent me her birth cert to put on family tree and looking at it birth day and time of birth as she is a twin but it does not have her parents names could this be a copy or did they do birth certs like that in the 1930s?
