Thank you very much. I have found them. I was looking in the wrong place.

You've only ever been able to have one tree per account.

Until recently, it was possible to use the other domain addresses with (I believe) the same sign in details. Might you have done that?

Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the options available

http://www.genesreunited.com.au/ (Australia)
http://www.genesreunited.co.nz/ (New Zealand)
http://www.genesreunited.co.za/ (S Africa)
http://www.genesreunited.co.uk/ (UK)

If you are looking to access trees belonging to other members which were opened to you,

Open your tree
Underneath your name at the top of the screen is View other Trees.
When you click on the words, the Tree Dashboard opens
There are 2 tabs - My trees, then Trees shared with me.
(ignore the S on the end of My Trees - that apparently is something thats in the pipeline)

'Trees shared with me' contains a list of all those which have been opened to you. If you can remember the name of the tree owner, type in the Search box to filter.

Hope that helps

Jackie

I haven't used Genes Reunited for a few years but have renewed my membership every yaer. I used to have several Family Trees stored on GR but I can only find my own tree. How do I find the others that I had stored please?
