No they wont be online

You would have to look at the records at the Main Library for the area AND they are only searchable by address not by name.

Your family members death cert should give his address at the time Plus the informant could be family with a home address you can follow up on

Hi,
Is there an electoral roll to view online for the years in the 90's? Or does anyone have access to the rolls? Just found that a family member died in1997. And was interested to see where he was living around that time.
