+++DetEcTive+++ Report 28 Mar 2015 11:21

Historically they were part of the parish of Long Preston.
The following PR are held by North Yorks County archive
http://archives.northyorks.gov.uk/DServe/dserve.exe

Registers of baptisms 1563-2010, marriages 1563-2000, banns 1824-1966 and burials 1563-1894.

If you're looking for burials, the church may still hold the records. Alternatively if the graveyard was full, you could find related records at the nearest municipal cemetery.
