Can anyone work out which of these is the correct one as I would like to post a correction :-S

4th Q 1862

William HUTCHINS Vol 2 Page 587 Abingdon
Elizabeth KIMBREY Vol 2 Page 887 Abingdon

I'm pretty sure the 587 is correct.

Using freebmd and just inputting Marriages, Dec Qtr1862, Abingdon - both names are there, but the Abingdon against Elizabeth is in Italics and the Page number is way out from the rest in that quarter. If you look at the original then it looks like a bad 5 has been interpreted as an 8 but with reservations by the transcriber

(Note Hannah Hazell also in Italics and number 1028 way out - looks like 628 on original and Anna Maria Parker 681 should be 631)

EDIT - FMP has given his number as 587 and hers as 557 !!

Statistics
Districts
Page Ranges

You get tables of valid page ranges for each district year and quarter.

The valid page range for Abingdon Q4 1862 is 563-632.

Thank you - it would seem to be the 587 as greyghost suggests which fits within the pages
