No Notts deaths showing 1899-1903 for a Henry Kirk of the right age but there is this one in Warrington (not far from Liverpool of the 1901 census).

One of my lot died in London and is happily tucked up with her parents in Nottingham Church Cemetery (not on your CD unfortunately!)

Not seeing Henry 1891/1901 at present, was trying to check when born as not on 1871

He may be a nurse child aged 1 on that census in Radford

2 Henry Kirks born Nottingham 1869/70

Suggest first one (1869) is yours

Surname First name(s) District Vol Page
Births Jun 1869 (>99%)
Kirk Henry Nottingham 7b 230
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

This one probably has a baptism showing on FMP Notts Baptism transcripts b 23.2.1870 and baptised 25.9.1870 s/o Henry and Fanny.
