Familysearch has many non-conformist records (free).
A paying site is http://www.bmdregisters.co.uk/index.php. Search free but pay to view records.

The County Records Office may have some non-conformist records in their archives.

In Northumberland where my husband's family come from we spent ages looking through parish records for his great grandfather's baptism before we were told that a lot of people in Northumberland had been non-conformist. One of the archive staff told us the non-conformist records were kept separate and a lot had been transcribed into easy to read books. She found the record for us in about 5 minutes.

Ancestry has some non-conformist records for Ilkeston. If you don't have access, post some details and somebody will look for you.

The Genealogist site http://www.thegenealogist.co.uk/ do have non conformist registers for the time frame and area.

It is a subscription site.
