ANCESTRY

Not bothered if this post disappears. After all, GR & FMP hold records which Ancestry doesn't, and vice versa.

No FH site has a total monopoly.

Like TEC, some of mine moved and forth, or married a spouse who declares they're form Oxfordshire .............

I'll keep an eye on ancestry, as usual




BTW ................... GR once stated very plainly that they have NO objection to other sites being mentioned on here. Their only caveat was that GR should not be compared disparagingly with the other site.

This was posted both on site, and in emails to several of us who asked for clarification on the matter


so giving this sort of information is perfectly OK
