Here's one which was posted on a thread recently

Californian Naturalisation
Name: Grace Susan Graves
[Grace Susan Read]
Birth Date: 17 Jun 1887
Birth Place: Forest Hill, London, SE, England
Event Date: 26 Oct 1959
Record Type: Petition
Age: 72
Petition Number: 217716
Court District: Central District of California
Court Place: Los Angeles, California, USA

It gives present address
Physical description
Marital status
Name of spouse
When & where married
Names, dob, pob and residence of any children
When they applied to live permanently in the US including the date of arrival and the ‘Carrier’
As this particular record is an image of the original, the applicants signature is on it.

Picking one at random - could have chosen someone with a later dob, but they might still be living

Margaret Mae Duffin
[Margaret Mae Smith]
Birth Date: 11 Apr 1920
Age at event: 49
Court District: California
Date of Action: 20 Jun 1969

This one is a card, and gives the address as of 20 Jun 1969

Other ones I've seen give the pob, even if its only a city, and when and how they entered the US to live permanently

As there are a number on Ancestry, would you like us to take a look for you? For the ones which are there in their entirety, there wasn't a photo attached.
The later ones, up to 1995, are more detailed than the earlier records. From memory they do tend to give a dob.

As you can imagine, its unlikely that every applicant is on the database.
