Has anyone come across any originals of such documents ?

I saw a transcription of a record for "Consumption Relief" today
It has The name of a man who is a pants maker

He applies for relief aged 33 and again aged 38 year of arrival in USA is also given

i meant had anyone seen what any original certificates looked like UK or USA
the one saw reference to was Jewish consumption poor relief .USA

Thanks for links folks will look at/read when my eyes are less strained

and when I have time to consolodate ?maybe Thurs .
