Member Since: September 2010 Posts: 7 Send Message	Hi, Last year I spent a lot of time updating my family tree by adding extra information for each of my relatives such as when they were living where and any info from the census. I recently renewed my subscription and when I re-visited my family tree after a pause of about 6 months this information seems to have disappeared. Has anyone else had this problem and is it possible to retrieve it?
