Hi I don't know if this is the correct place but my relative is trying to view my tree and I have given her permission to do so, but can't find where she can view it from. If you know what I mean. Any help please.

Thanks

Carole

If she goes to "Family Tree" at the top of the screen next to "Home" and then clicks on "my tree". Under her name at the top of the screen she should see "view other trees". Click on that and then click on "trees shared with me".

She should get it from there.

Is she a paying member of GR? Free or non-paying members can't view other people's trees.

Tell her to open her own tree. Under her 'owners' name at the top of the page is a blue link ' View other trees'
Click on that to open the tree dashboard in the centre of the screen.
2 tabs - My Trees & Trees shared with me.
She needs the 'Trees shared with me'. Click on that.
Tell her to type your name in the search box, and your tree/name should appear.
Once she clicks on it, she should be able to view your tree.
