Warning message from GR

Just had a message on my e.mail to say I had a reply from a GR member who I had messaged about a possible connection but when I clicked on GR website it said "Warning It is not possible to read this information "
Never had a message like this before , has anyone else ?

Is it in your on site inbox messages which shows above 3rd from the right.?.?

I think when you try to access GR from a normal email it may open you a GR tab where you are not logged in (even though you may be logged in to GR on another tab).

Just go to your inbox on the tab where you are logged in.

Thank you Kay and Kense,

I did receive the message through my e.mail and clicked on the link as I normally do and up popped the warning message ,then I logged on to GR but there was no messages in my inbox, very strange.
I have contacted GR , so will just have to wait for them to explain it.

Perhaps the other person deleted their message after sending it, and after GR notified you that there was a message for you..

If so, there would be no message for you to read, and nothing would show in your GR inbox.

Researching:
Old genealogists never die.....they just lose their census.

I've had several emails from GR in the past year saying someone wants to see my tree.

I never ever click on that link in the email .............. but when I come on site, there have been no pms.

I just shrug and let it go!

My brother, photo taken in September 1991 just a couple of weeks before he died. ............................................................ To help us and to get better results, please post as much detail as you can, especially name, date(s) and place. Also say what you already know.
