I ordered a marriage and a death cert on the 12 JUl. I hadn't received either so checked on the orders and it says death cert despatched 17 Jul so that should come next week but the marriage cert is saying 1st August?? :-S

Anyone else having problems ordering certs with a delay in receiving them?

I also noted the price has gone up!

I haven’t ordered one for ages. They used to take anything from a week or more to be sent out and they didn’t wait for them all to be sent together.
So the death certificate is abou a week and the other 3, so not too bad.
