Strangely, the youngest child on 1921 Thomas Edward, is shown on birth registration as having MMN Lyons………….Sarah’s name when marrying was Robinson, and all other 12 offspring are shown with that as MMN on their birth registrations

Someone named Albert LYONS was one of the witnesses to Sarah and Thomas's marriage in 1911.
Her father was stated as Henry Robinson, deceased, labourer.
However, if this is Sarah's baptism below, her mother wasn't married:

Actually , on further investigation, Sarah's mother Mary was a widow at the time of Sarah's birth, having been married to a Thomas Robinson, who probably died in 1890.
I think , from a timing point of view, Thomas could well have been Sarah's father - but not according to her baptism record.
