HOW on Ancestry or anywhere else do I find a registered Death. I can query the Birth of my Grandfather on my Dads side but can't find a death for him. Can anyone help please? Thanks Kerry

Are you searching the full death indexes and not just the freeBMD ones which only go upto about 1915? You need to search each year quarter by quarter. Sam x

No just the free ones....Do I need to subscribe to get the deaths? Thanks Kerry

No, you just go to ancestry and click on the bmd index and you get the complete one free to view. It means going through each quarter looking at the images.

If you feel like putting his name on here, we can have a look for you if you are having any trouble finding his death. Cheers, Horatia
