Thanks Reg, I'm not thinking straight. I believe they lived there even after the war so where would I need to look please? Unfortunately got to go out now but will check later. Thanks Maisy |

If you know vaguely where they lived you should contact the nearest library who will be able to tell you which years they have and even search for you. I payed £10 for a half hour search at Huddersfield library for the years 1946-50 and got the results I wanted. Jennifer |

Maisy try the relevant county records office. I know Sunderland has all their electoral rolls there, assume other county records offices also hold them. T.O.R. ;o)) |
