Hello Firstly can I just say that I am new and everything is foreign to me. It might take me a while to reply to any posts as I need to get things sorted in my head but here goes..... There's quite a bit of info I require and I don't expect anyone to find it out for me but if I give details I'd be so grateful if someone could advise me how to find the answers. Info I have: - Catherine Whitear (nee O'Hare) born in Kilmarnock 20/12/1922. Married William Whitear in Battersea in 1949, had 4 children (Danny, Maria, Margaret and Kathleen, died in 1995. Her Mum was Rebecca O'Hare (nee Coogan) who married Edward O'Hare in Kilmarnock in 1913. I have both their DOB's down as c1897. HOW DO I FIND OUT THEIR EXACT DOBS AND WHEN THEY BOTH DIED?

Maureen Thank you for looking that you. Quite unexpected and very, very kind of you. I think that's a match. Plus I now have details of siblings. I'm sorry to be a huge pain in the butt but I really haven't got the hang of lookups yet. Can you give me a bit of a dummys guide of what you just did to get that information. Samantha I would say get the marriage the marriage cert from Scotlands People it will give there age and parents. There are lots of people on here who would then be able to look on the census records for you. Very kindest regards Maureen
