Problems with Genes??????

Hi Has anyone else had problems getting on to Genes. Its just taken me nearly 30 mins, I kept getting a notice saying maintenance in progress. Are we getting yet more changes!!!!!! Cheryl

Hi Yes it was down for at least a hour, nothing seems to have changed though.although I did get a message to say that the problem with the circa box auto filling even after being unchecked has been fixed

Hi I've been having problems for 2 days now . I have contacted GR and they say they can get on to my tree. Well i can't everytime i try it closes my internet connection. Very frustrating.

Karen, Can you see the 'add photo' button on the green bar immediately above the space for the photo? It ought to be there but if it isn't, it might be a similar problem to one some people had with the 'other trees' button a while ago. If you don't have an 'add photo' button, try changing your text size to a smaller size in your browser and then reopen your GR tree. The current tree displays photos as tiny in any case!
