Hi It's probably as Elaine says: when someone opens a tree, that doesn't necessarily mean it will remain open indefinitely, as they can withdraw permission at any time. Failing that, it could be one of these GR glitches we keep hearing about. Amanda |

Hi Sue, Can you PM your contact again and ask for the tree to be opened?. I've closed my tree when after the initial contact the link we were hoping for was just a dead end. Cheers Paul |

Presumably because the other person has withdrawn their permission for you to view their tree. |

Please could some one tell me why I have lost a tree from my other peoples trees, I aked for permission to view it around the middle of February. I had it for about a week and now I can not get it at all. sue from berkshire |
