I've now found a way to print my ancestry tree but the viewing is still way off-beam. I've contacted Tech.Support again but still no reply. Would someone with a tree on Ancestry please take a look to see if their tree page looks normal. Thanks. Jo (not Vernon)!

Hi, Is anyone else having problems viewing their tree on Ancestry? Recently I have been able to view only two generations of my tree at any time and there's no arrow to move backwards. The right hand half of the page is just plain yellow. I contacted Ancestry yesterday but so far no reply - I expect they are enjoying Easter! Also, when I tried to print the page with the few names I could see, there was nothing on preview other than the Ancestry headings. I just wondered if others were experiencing the same or maybe my computer is at fault. Jo.
