	I, like many others have been having trouble with my GR tree, I sent a message to GR for help and they told me to upgrade to Internet Explorer 7. I did this and then I found I couldnt get into my emails ( I have two: hotmail and tiscali) I was told that the sign in name or password was incorrect. So I uninstalled Internet Explorer7 and now have Internet Explorer 6. Does anyone know what I have to do to get into my email, taking into consideration that I am not very literate on computers. Ann
