Getting rid of the phantom contacts!

I did have 12 pages of contacts, after reading this thought i would check i now have 41 !!! |

Ah I have discovered it gets rid of some of them........but one of mine keeps returning! Very odd. We've now started e-mailing to synchronise deletions! LOL Sue |

Ah I see - in order to remove an unwanted contact, it is first necessary to contact them!!! GR logic I suppose. Thanks for the tip tho! |

I think I have found a way to remove the phantom ones. Over the past few days there have been a few contacts who refused to be deleted. They were people I must have been in touch with a very long time ago and for some of them no messages remained. Two in particular kept reappearing every few hours. So I sent them messages saying hello. One said she had been trying to delete me for days! After a bit of a laugh I then went back to my contacts page and deleted them. They've gone! They've not reappeared all evening. Um........think I'm going to miss them! Sue |
