I've lost all my messages as well on 33 pages of contacts except the new ones this week so I'm just hoping they will come back otherwise I have no idea what I've asked and what replies I've had. Jenny |

We think what has happened is that all your previously deleted contacts are now visible again - in fact GR have said that to someone who enquired last week. However if the underlying messages have previously been deleted as well, then they will not be available. |

In the 'your contacts' list I have a list of contacts but most of them show ' no messages' at the bottom. What's happened to them? I found it useful to be able to read through past messages, now I don't know exactly what the information was which we exchanged! Can anyone help?? |
