I've lost all my messages as well on 33 pages of contacts except the new ones this week so I'm just hoping they will come back otherwise I have no idea what I've asked and what replies I've had. Jenny

hi Peter, I am referring to a previous good contact with whom I had exchanged several messages. Now they are nowhere to be found.

We think what has happened is that all your previously deleted contacts are now visible again - in fact GR have said that to someone who enquired last week. However if the underlying messages have previously been deleted as well, then they will not be available.

In the 'your contacts' list I have a list of contacts but most of them show ' no messages' at the bottom. What's happened to them? I found it useful to be able to read through past messages, now I don't know exactly what the information was which we exchanged! Can anyone help??
