what can i say there has been tears all day but good tears my mums sister is her double and my mum looks just like her mum when she was younger we had such a good day how can i ever thank you for making this happen you know who you are we have all promised to keep in touch and they are going to organise something where all the brothers and sister can get together as some are out of the country at the moment as it turns out we were all more or less living on top of one and other cant belive what a day i have had and my mum said that she is glad that she went to meet all of her family as they all turned out to be very lovely .. |

I can't believe how fast it all was Vicky. I'm so pleased that everything has turned out positively and you are all going to keep in touch. I am still waiting for contact with my Adopted halfBrother, I'm glad it's taking a bit longer than yours, it gives me time to think, as I am going through all of this on my own. You have been thrown in at the deep end, haven't you? This time two weeks ago, it was all just a thought...and now you're all together again and in touch. Wow. Stella X X |

It sounds as if all went well and I am pleased. I have been looking for my Mums long lost sister for about a year now. She was 22 years older than my Mum, through GR last week I made contact with her son. Unfortunatly she died about 20 years ago without my Mum ever meeting her. However at least we have photos of her and Mum is over the moon with that, So i am pleased that you have found your family and wish you well!! |
