I am trying to find the death of Sarah A Ramm. Born in Bale Norfolk about 1850. Married James Green born Holton Yorshire about1850. I have them living at Front Street Chester le Street Durham in 1881 with children Jessi, William, Joseph and Alice B.Later in 1891 I have James with a Catherine, maiden name Curry also with her children. I have been unable to find the death of Sarah Ramm can anyone help please. Kind Regards Jack

I have been lookng on Ancestry but very new to it. I have also looked at the records office in Durham and Family Search. I may just be missing it but I have looked a number of times.

What surname did you look under? This one is on freebmd........... Name: Sarah Ann Green Estimated birth year: abt 1848 Year of Registration: 1889 Quarter of Registration: Apr-May-Jun Age at Death: 41 District: Chester Le Street County: Durham Volume: 10a Page: 262 Fits nicely with the second marriage Catherine Curry 1890 Apr-May-Jun Chester Le Street Durham James Green 1890 Apr-May-Jun Chester Le Street Durham Reg

Thanks Reg, I am sure I looked under the name green. I have been interested in this hobby for over a year now but don,t get a lot of time because of working full time. I do forget at times what names I have been looking for but fairly sure looked properly. Many thanks Jack
