well today is finally here and i cant belive that i am going to see six aunts and uncles that i never knew i had and my mums bith mother can you send me special thoughts for today as not only am i meeting all of these people it happends to be the day that my very special nan died 25 years ago xxxx |

I went through the same experience a few months ago. Make sure you take a camera! I brought my mum and daughter to meet a second cousin of my mother who she had never heard of ...but lived only 5 miles away. She and her husband were so thrilled to meet us all. We had a pleasant Sunday lunch at a riverside pub. Moments like that make this all worth the trouble. And the laughter as we discovered how much we shared! |
