I`ve gone to a website that will allow me to get them, but on the application form they need his army unit. I have his medal card but all it gives is his job in the RFA (driver) and his number.Does anyone know where I can find out which unit/brigade he was in. Thank you. Kate

Member Since: May 2004 Posts: 2,077 Send Message	RFA stands for Royal Field Artillery (now just called the Royal Artillery). I assume the website you referred to is the National Archives website. If you arrived at the medal card section and saw his unit number, you should then have been able to immediately download his full details for a payment of £3.50.
