I just tried to click on someone else's tree and found I could oly view their immediate family. It turns out I can now only view everyone's immediate family, including my own, because I can't install the Flash viewer and the old tree facility has apparently been removed! |

Hi, I'm having the same problem with viewing my own tree instead of one opened to me by a contact. This has happened directly from a contact message and from the shared trees list. I've been in touch with GR but so far no reply. Jo |

no its a where Gene's have changed things a bit of a blip mine seems ok you can still see them by looking at your tree and clicking on list there. Also you might get some through that i think where people have been playing with new look who haven't got any connection or contacts deleted appearing back Jeanette |

Hi is anyone else experiencing a mix up in viewing trees. I've just had a message with permission to look at their tree and when I clicked on it...it was my own tree. I tried some more contacts trees and the same thing happened. This doesn't happen on all accessable trees. I was very confused when many had exactly the same number of people on their trees as me!! regards Cynthia |
