Hi Derek, I have already sent you an email (via GR) but I never got an email from GR saying that you had sent me an email over a month ago, not even beside the word 'messages' in the left hand column (have just found it - it's going to take some time to get used to the new lay out of the 'Messages' box). Hi Keith, keeping an eye on them, its certainly the big 'un. Dawn, must be your night on the puter,you never answer my emails, what a woman. Of course we're both in good nick, Chris has lost more weight and seeing her doctor tomorrow. I have actually cancelled all Ancestry, thieving lot, paying for their army in foreign parts!!! They are not doing themselves any good. It rained here this afternoon heavy, I watched it from the cards table lol. If you look under messages on GR there should be mail from earlier. Hallo My Friend...!!! Cripes Derek, sounds like they've charged you for the 'Annual World Deluxe Membership' - was you trying to renew for the 'Annual UK & Ireland Records Collection' (if so, you would had been billed in pounds - correct me if I'm wrong and alot less than you've mentioned). I hope you're able to get this sorted quickly & without any aggro (I've never had any problems with Ancestry and have read that they are very good sorting out any problems/queries that their customers have. Wishing you Luck). Hope yourself and your lovely wife are keeping well. We're all fine in our part of the world, it's been totting down the past week...!!! Take Care. Derek, have you contacted them? I believe they are very good at sorting things out, I suspect they have charged you for the World membership at that cost. £199.95 a year.

You must be joking!!! Ancestry.com has billed me $358.08 incuding $58.68 tax for my next year as a member. I have no idea what the package contains, but they can jump in the sea for me. Makes a mockery of this hobby. Disgusted Derek in France
