i,ve just recieved this mail from 'myfamily@reply.... ancestry.co.uk renewal information ' i am asked if i wish to open it. any and all advice please as to the veracity of the sender

'myfamily(.)com' <news(at sign)email(.)myfamily.com> I had an email with this addy which was offering a new service to Ancestry members. A bit surprised as it said it was to members of Ancestry(.)com and I am a member of the UK one Maureen

My messages says it is part of Myfamily(.)com which is connected to The Generations Network. That means absolutely nothing to me. Maureen

alot of the sites are linked and if when you joined 1 of them you ticked or said yes to info being shared with carefully selected 3rd party members you will get emails like that.
