buried in a paupers or public grave info please

hi i was told that some family members were buried in a public grave would the church still keep these details? thankyou |

yes they would if you have the persons name they should be able to look up a ref no and take you to the grave or site i have only just found a missing relative and she was put in to a paupers grave as she died of t b |

hi thanks shall ring and ask them. we did go round the churchyard were they are supposed to be buried needless to say we never found anything not even a grave marker, as some of the graves had just initials on a very small stone i know in the council cemetry they dont even do that, and cannot tell you were they are. it seems so sad. sharmala. |
