Are others having problems viewing trees ???????

I cannot view the Trees I have permission for it says error. Any ideas thanks??????????? |

Hi I can't view shared trees from the link on the front page, but can if I open my tree and go from the link there |

If I'm let in at all, I get to see my tree - no matter whose I choose. However, by selecting from the box top right when I've got my tree, I can usually see the tree I actually want too. |

I cannot open my tree or shared trees...it is so frustrating as I have just found a definate connection!! I have reported it to the Genes team. Linda |

I posted the following on a different thread, but maybe it will help. :-) If I look at my list of contacts, specifically at the Relation column, some of them have a name against each contact, but many of them don't. If I try and view a tree for a contact which doesn't have a name in the Relation column, this is the message I get: Sorry, relation can not be found Plus a blank white screen. I can still select the tree from the drop down list at the top right, which gives me the contact's tree, and it has '<Contact name>: <number> relations' at the top of the screen. If I look at the tree of a contact which does have a name in the Relation column, the contact's tree opens, but it has '<Relation name>: <number> relations' at the top of the screen and the named Relation is the current person.
