HELP...I have no Messages

I have just tried to go to my messages and I am getting absolutely nothing not even the inbox, sent or contacts tabs. Why oh why have they changed Genes. The new tree dosen't work properly and you cannot revert to the old tree now. The old tree was a lot easier to use I cannot even put a marriage date on the new tree it keeps coming up with an error and I have had to put a lot of information in notes instead of the places it should be. I am more worried about my messages and loss of contacts though. Christine

I think only a a hiccup you can see contacts if you click on to shared trees on left hand side Jeanette

Hi, see my message below. I have just sent GR a blazing email asking them basically to pull their fingers out and to get this site sorted as people are having problems. At the end of the day WE pay THEM to run this site and they should be able to do it without all these problems. Time is money for some of us!! AAAAArrrrrrrgggggghhhhhhh Shirley-ann

Genes are having problems there are lots of us who cannot access our messages, hopefully they will sort it out soon. Georgina.

I have sent them an email. I can get my messages by going to shared trees. I know there are a lot of unhappy people at the moment and if Genes don't sort it a lot will leave. I have not been happy with the tree for a while it sometimes takes me 5 or 6 attempts to be able to get into it but at least before once I was in I could revert to old tree which is easier on the eyes and to use. I have always recommended this site to people but I won't now until Genes get it sorted. An ancester of mine always said 'If it works leave it' Christine

looks like message working again and can now delete messages in sent folder at long last Jeanette
