Presumably you still have his e-mail address? I do hope so. I think it is important to save important information offline as everytime GR tweaks something or alters stuff it messes something up. I find it especially irritating when a good Hot Match appears and I contact someone only to get no response at all because that person must have left or died but their tree still seems to be hanging about on the site. Do a search on his name to check if he is still a member. If he has gone altogether then so will all his information, otherwise he should be in you contacts list. |

Would that delete all messages sent and recieved?....Or is this the new look of GR?... Reason I ask is because I have recently found my brother-in-laws son from his 1st marriage in my hotmatches.Now aged 57.He was 2 when his parents divorced. He joined GR to see if his father was alive or dead. I had to sadly tell him his father died in 1974. I sent him pictures of his Father also his original Baptsim cert and made every effort to make him welcom. Even introduced him via e.mail to his half Brother and Sister. Today...he has vanished! My Neice is deverstated! I feel frustrated. Gerri x |
