I had exactly the same thing this morning. The person would have replied to your earlier message, but as you have deleted the details at your end, you can't see them Reg is correct, get them to send you a message as if from scratch.

Tell the other person to send you a 'proper' request, and you can then authorise access via the message. Reg

excellent stuff, thanks all, nick hi, someone who I previously gave access to and then deleted it has now made contact with me to request access again. I have replied to the email but nothing appears under contacts to allow me to tick the 'allow access box' am i doing something wrong here ? nick
