Yes, found william on the 1841 census with both his parents. His father joseph died in 1842. His Mother was down on the 1841 census as aged 35 brn in warwickshire, I believe birmingham |

1851 loo up please for William Latham brn 1839 birmingham. Maybe with his mother Elizabeth, should be in brum for this census |
