Can anyone help please I need to trace an adopted child born 1952 ish. His adopted parents are now deceased. I have no idea where to start. Thank you

Do you mean the ones that gave birth to him are dead, or the ones that raised him?

If your a birth family member you might like to check this website out. www.adoptionsearchreunion.org.uk It explains the recent law changes and how to apply for contact through an intermediary. Hope this helps. But if this is not what your after you may need to tell us more so we can point you in the right direction :-) Cheers Gerry

Hi Sheila If you know that his adopted parents are both deceased does this mean that you already know this persons name if it is different to the one given him at birth? Mark
