Wont be any sign of them together on the 1901 then! A few Sarah Anns come up for 1901 - do you know the parents names? Problem being Robertson and Preston are common names and you could easily end up following the wrong families. I think you need to buy that marriage cert first before we start guessing at the families. Use the ref above and go to GRO online, tick the box that you have the ref and pay £7 for it. You will need it to go back any further.

No sorry only have Henrys Birth and marriage certificate Henry married in April 1933, He married Margaret Brown the address he was registered at on the cert is Clowes St Manchester His Mother Sarah Prestom nee Robertson died 1919 at the age of 38yrs old she was bruied in Saltwell Cemertery in Gatshead so did she return there before she died? i dont know, Also

Hitting a brick wall on this one, Henry Selby Preston born 1903 registered birth was 1904 Manchester address living at the time 26 Street South Manchester, Henrys farther was John Preston and his Mother was Sarah Ann Preston (nee Robertson) Sarah came from Gateshead and His father from Newcasrle? the problem we have is we understand he was Henry was born in Newcastle so why register in Manchester or was that the district office at the time? would be grateful for any looks up that may show the family living in Newcastle if poss, or Manchester Regards Lilxx
