i have found the birth of frederick albert cooper 1904 islington, How can i find his parents. Do i need to find a baptism if so what is the best website to do this |

If you order the birth certificate then this will give you both parents names (so long as they were not illegitimate) and the mothers maiden name. You can order birth/marriage and death certificates online at www.gro.gov.uk they cost £7 |
