i have found the birth of frederick albert cooper 1904 islington, How can i find his parents. Do i need to find a baptism if so what is the best website to do this

If you order the birth certificate then this will give you both parents names (so long as they were not illegitimate) and the mothers maiden name. You can order birth/marriage and death certificates online at www.gro.gov.uk they cost £7
