Have you tried Ancestry.com and using Pallots Index of Baptism. The Pallots Index of Marriages has helped me in the past, and the Baptism Index tends to have London births.

Does anyone know where I can search on the Net for births in London (East) or christenings of people born before 1837 ? I have tried LDS, IGI and Ancestry. Regards Carole.
