I have been looking for them - looks like they should be between Walker and Wallsend in 1891 , but they are hiding!

Sorry, I had to go offline last night when I posted this message. Let me explain a little better if I can. I have what I think is my family on the 1901 census and the 1881 census but not on the 1891 census. John married Elizabeth in 1878 in Newcastle. John was born in Newcastle (1858) and so was Elizabeth. The Somerset connection comes in as Johns father (also John - 1871 census) was born in Somerset ! Hope this makes a bit more sense !! Cheers, Marie xx

where and when were Elizabeth and John Born? where and when did he marry Elizabeth? there are various blokes by that name in 1881 , some of whom are born in somerset, some in Northumberland- one is already married to an elizabeth I Guess you dont have the right one in 1891 either which is your chap in earlier census

Hi People, Can someone do a lookup for me please for John Lyddon 1891 Newcastle upon Tyne, born approx 1858. Wife is Elizabeth, one son also John. Also, does anyone have any suggestions as to why John might have moved from Somerset to Newcastle ?? It just seems a bit of a way to travel for work. Cheers, Marie xx
