31st March 1901 was the date of the census so they should be on there. Georgina.

Twins (and miltiple births eg. triplets) would be on either the same page or sequential pages. Times are often added to show who is the eldests (important for inheritances) but some registars put times on all births. If they were registered March 1901 they may show up on the 1901 census which would confirm if they are twins or cousins etc..

march 1901 dont no the excact date census was and only found these 2 last night so not looked at that will do that tonight after work do you know when census date was I think I saw march come to think of it now tell me no lol

thanks I am sopposing their birth cert would run after each other as I think I might have found grandads siblings as have 1c page 53 and on another 1c page 54 both march 1901 shoreditch?

Julie if they are a twin there is usually (but not always) a time of birth on the certificate. Georgina.
