do you have the fathers name because children were described ,under the occuption column, as daughter or son of 'dads name'. that would be the best check if you know for certain the child s birth was registered in both parents names. Shirley |

Hi Nicola, I'd thought about using that but as it did not necessarily have to be a relative (I believe) that registered it I still might not be able to tell if the deceased is who I am looking for. Thanks for your help. Caz |

A good place to start might be who registered the death, which I think is on the death certs. Nicola |
