Member Since: August 2004 Posts: 55 Send Message	I am trying to read the refence for JAN Feb Mar 1973 Births. Marsha Dawn HAY. It has been changed and written in manually - can anyone read it for me and explain why it would have been altered. Thank you

	Jill the original reference number looks like 5b-246 but the correction is very hard to read, if you send for the original you may get a copy of the ammendment as well. The correction could mean that the childs parents married and the fathers name was put on the birth record Georgina.

	The ammendment was in the december quarter 1974 & the mothers maiden name is still Hay (so no surname change for the child) the new reference number is 14-0249. Georgina.
